 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Kenwood dual cassette tape deck from the early '90's started faulting. Seeing it is very hard now to get these decks repaired, I was not sure if Brocky's could service it, let alone repair the fault(s), if any. Well, I was wrong! Not only did they service and recalibrate the deck but were able to repair several issues it had, which caused it to fault. The technician even duped a couple of parts that you can't get spares for nowadays. Though I knew it would take a while, Brocky's communication was A+, getting back quickly whenever I would message them. Very, very pleased with their work and service; the deck works like new. Thanks Brocky's and especially the technician who worked on the unit. Most appreciated.

My husband and I own a local plumbing business and unfortunately discovered that our Rigid CCTV drain camera sustained a break during use. I called around to numerous official repair stores but the best solution I could find was 2hrs away and a 6 week wait. I came across Brockys on Google as they had good reviews and seemed to have generalised skills in all things electrical. After tracking down some spare parts and getting expedited shipping, we had a repaired drain camera a few days later. I held off on this review to ensure that the repair was good and one month on of heavy use, it's as good as new. I'm so grateful to the guys for prioritizing our repair so we could get our business up and running again. Everyone was also super friendly and responsive.
