At Brocky's Electronics we work on a queue system with first items in assessed first. This is fair for all. We work hard to ensure fast diagnostic times for everyone.
An Emergency Repair Request is for breakdowns and time-sensitive repairs where waiting is not an option. This may be for business or for personal, but the result is the same. You need it fast.
Generally all items at Brocky's Electronics are assessed within 14 days with most assessed around 5-7 day mark.
This Emergency Booking will ensure your item is assessed before the end of the next business day.
We'll do everything we can to make it our next job where possible.
Depending on what type of fault you have, we may be able to repair it at a component level with parts we have on hand. Where possible we'll do this.
In some cases parts are needing to be ordered, in which case we will proceed to order these or quote if it's going to be above the diagnosis threshold.
Please note, we can't guarantee any part delivery times, we can only ensure parts are ordered fast, and fitted as soon as they arrive.
Emergency-Repair Diagnostic $330 (Unit assessed within 10 business hours)
Labour rate: $90 per 15minutes
*Please note that due to the time crucial nature of your repair, these emergency booking types will be repaired while diagnosing where possible. This avoids the frustration of making a job a priority only to stop and wait for approval mid way through when it's possible to repair immediately. We'll stop and quote as soon as we have a firm idea of the issue wherever possible. Sometimes units are repaired whilst diagnosing.
