My Kenwood dual cassette tape deck from the early '90's started faulting. Seeing it is very hard now to get these decks repaired, I was not sure if Brocky's could service it, let alone repair the fault(s), if any. Well, I was wrong! Not only did they service and recalibrate the deck but were able to repair several issues it had, which caused it to fault. The technician even duped a couple of parts that you can't get spares for nowadays. Though I knew it would take a while, Brocky's communication was A+, getting back quickly whenever I would message them. Very, very pleased with their work and service; the deck works like new. Thanks Brocky's and especially the technician who worked on the unit. Most appreciated.
